Personal Use Products Return Policy
At aoruswatches, we take the health and well-being of our customers seriously. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges on personal-use products such as:
- Sanitary items
- Socks
- Swimwear
- Sports bras
- Underwear
- Supplements
- Any similar personal-use items
If the package has been opened or the product has been used, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
Once these types of products are opened or used, they cannot be resold or reused for health and safety reasons. We aim to ensure that all our customers receive brand-new, unused, hygienic products that are free from any contamination or potential health risks.

Defective or Damaged Product?
If your personal-use product arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will work with you to resolve the issue and offer a replacement if necessary.
Note: We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange for personal-use items that have been opened or used, due to health and hygiene regulations.
