Return & Refund Policy

At aoruswatches, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange a product, please review our policy below:

Return & Exchange Period

  • You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
  • To initiate a return, please fill out the form at the bottom of this page.

Return Duration

  • Cairo & Giza: 3–5 business days (including quality check).
  • Other governorates: 5–7 business days (including quality check).
  • Products must be returned in original condition, with original packaging and price tag.
  • If the item is returned in a used or damaged condition, it will be sent back to you.
  • Shipping & return fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund.

Refund Options

  • Cash on Delivery: Refunds will be credited to your aoruswatches Wallet for future purchases.
  • Online Payments (ValU, Souhoola, Premium Card, Contact, Halan, Bank Cards): Refunds will be sent to the same payment method.
  • Refunds may take 3–14 business days to reflect in your account.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for the same product in a different size.
  • Fill out the form at the bottom of the page or contact us with the desired size.
  • The exchange process takes 5–7 business days.
  • Once we receive and inspect the original item, we’ll send out the new size.

Important Notes

  • Damaged products: Full refund without deduction of shipping or return fees.
  • No inspection upon delivery is allowed as per our policy and the courier’s regulations.
  • Non-returnable items: Supplements and personal-use products (e.g. socks, underwear, sports bras, swimwear, headwear, water bottles) cannot be returned or exchanged unless they have a manufacturing defect. Click here to learn more.
