1. How can I place an order?

4. What is your return policy?

 We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of receipt. Products must be in their original condition with all tags attached. For more details, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy page.

6. Do you offer international shipping?

 Currently, we only ship within Egypt. We are working on expanding our shipping options to include international destinations in the future.

 You can cancel your order by contacting our customer service team before the order is dispatched. For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3–14 business days.

8. Are there any products that cannot be returned?

 Yes, certain personal-use products such as socks, underwear, sports bras, swimwear, and supplements cannot be returned or exchanged unless they have a manufacturing defect. Please refer to our Personal Use Products Return Policy for more information.

9. How long does delivery take?

Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days
Other Governorates: 3–5 business days
